UK DELIVERY 

 

This zone comprises of England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.


All 'free' delivery is sent via 2nd class Royal Mail Postage or it being a parcel will be sent via the next cheapest alternative which is generally Hermes 

Postage sent via either of these services can take from 2-4 days depending on the time of year and how busy the couriers themselves are. 

1-2 days delivery is sent via royal mail 1st class or the next appropriate services most of the time being via Hermes tracked services , 

EUROPE

All european shipping will be sent via royal mail standard , generally this take around 5 working days but can be less or more depending on the influx of parcels Royal Mail may or may not have at the time ,

Covers all countries, not defined as being in Europe or World Zone 2.

World Zone 1 generally covers countries in North America (excluding the USA), South America, Africa, the Middle East, the Far East and South East Asia.

World zone 2

This zone covers the USA.
(excluding northern areas)

Returns 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days to return your items to use from the day that you received them. All items must be returned in their original packaging with swing tags or any other tags and stickers etc etc  still attached. If we feel the items are not in a saleable condition, we are at liberty to reject the returned items.

Underwear, gloves, snoods, face masks and balaclavas are non-returnable for hygiene reasons and in accordance with updated Covid-19 policy.

  

YOU the buyer are responsible for the return postage costs unless item(s) arrive damaged or faulty ( we gonna need proof before hand)

Make sure you send it recorded otherwise we can't prove we got it back and you'll get 0 money back.

How it needs to go down:
- items need to be in their original packaging and in a saleable condition.
so...

- If it damaged ,broken or stained .. we can't take it back .

-If it stink we can't take it back , 
-if it's covered in whatever fluids... we can't take it back .
-if you've let ya nan or you pets sleep on it .. we can't take it back.
  When you ship it back we gotta be able to resell it (sorry)  

-Shipping charges applied to the original purchase are non-refundable.

-Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable unless mutual agreement between you the buyer and a member of death corp staff agree otherwise  .
